By downloading or using Focura, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Focura is a personal productivity tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.

Premium Subscriptions

Focura offers optional premium subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, processed through Apple's App Store.

• Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for permanent access to premium features at time of purchase, including future additions at our discretion.

Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes up to 5 time blocks and 14 days of session history. Additional features require a premium subscription.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
