By downloading or using Sky Loops, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Sky Loops is an arcade game for personal entertainment. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.

Advertising

Sky Loops' free version displays banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements served by Google's AdMob. Ads are subject to Google's own terms and content policies, which are outside our control. You may remove banner and interstitial ads with the purchase described below; rewarded videos remain available afterward since they are optional and give you coins.

Purchases

Sky Loops offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store:

• Starter Pack ($0.99), Popular Pack ($2.99), Mega Pack ($4.99), and Ultimate Pack ($9.99) — consumable coin packs, spent on in-game cosmetics.
• Remove Ads ($2.99, one-time) — removes banner and interstitial ads. It is a non-consumable purchase, is not a subscription, and never renews.
• Remove Ads can be restored at any time via "Restore Purchases" on any device signed into the same Apple ID. Coin packs are consumables and are not restorable once spent.
• No purchase is required to unlock any plane or trail — every cosmetic is earnable through regular gameplay.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Game Center & Fair Play

Leaderboards and some achievements require an Apple Game Center account and are subject to Apple's terms. Don't cheat, exploit, or use automation to manipulate scores — we may exclude manipulated results from leaderboards.

Your Data

Your gameplay progress stays on your device and belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including how advertising data is handled.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
