By downloading or using WordSage, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

WordSage is a vocabulary game for personal entertainment and education. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.

Purchases

WordSage offers one optional in-app purchase, processed through Apple's App Store:

• 10 Literacy Lifelines for $0.99 — a one-time consumable purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews or auto-charges.
• Literacy Lifelines are an in-app currency used to unlock hints (tags, synonyms, definitions) and protect your streak. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real currency.
• As a consumable, purchased Lifelines are credited immediately and are not restorable to a new device — each device's balance is independent unless synced via iCloud.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Your Data

Your progress, stats, and settings stay on your device and, if enabled, in your own iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Fair Use

WordSage's word lists and content are curated for the app and may not be extracted, scraped, or redistributed.

Disclaimer

WordSage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Definitions, hints, and example content are provided for vocabulary practice and entertainment, and are not a substitute for a dictionary or educational reference.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
