By downloading or using Tap Duel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Tap Duel is a reaction-time game for personal entertainment. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.

Purchases

Tap Duel offers optional one-time in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store:

• Individual icon packs ($0.99 each).
• Tap Duel Pro ($4.99, one-time) — unlocks every premium icon pack and full stat history. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchases".
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Game Center & Fair Play

Online duels and leaderboards require an Apple Game Center account and are subject to Apple's terms. Don't cheat, exploit, or use automation to manipulate scores — we may exclude manipulated results from leaderboards.

Your stats stay on your device and belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Tap Duel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reaction-time measurements are for entertainment and depend on your device and conditions — they are not a medical or scientific assessment.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
